Welcome to Esse 

Our introductory offers are designed to help you get the best start at Esse — whether you’re completely new to Pilates or you’ve already tried Mat or Reformer.  It’s a chance to explore our classes, get to know our teachers and discover what Esse is all about.  

3 Class Introductory Offer

Our 3 class Introductory Offer is a great way to build some consistency whilst you discover what Pilates can do for your body and start to feel the benefits it brings.  Credits can be used for Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair or Mat classes ​​​​​

3 classes for £45 (21 day expiry*)

 

​* Your 21 day period begins when you attend your first class (not from purchase). All three classes must be used within 21 days. 

Prefer to begin with a private 1:1 class? 

Sometimes a group class can feel like a step too far. That's completely normal — and it's why we also offer 1-to-1 sessions.  These give you time to get comfortable with the equipment and movements at your own pace, with your teacher’s full attention and no pressure.

2 private sessions for £85 (21 day expiry*)

Already purchased the Introductory Offer? Your Welcome Call is a chance to talk through your first class and get you booked in with confidence.​

  • 21 day expiry (from first class or 121 session) - all classes or 121 sessions must be used within 21 days. - after this time unused credits will expire.
